At Ra Garden Ideas, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless shopping experience. Below are our policies regarding product inspection, returns, cancellations, and custom orders.
Product Inspection and Delivery
Every product undergoes a thorough inspection before dispatch. We deliver items unpackaged, allowing customers to inspect them immediately upon arrival. This ensures transparency and helps prevent unnecessary returns.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. The buyer covers return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Due to the size and weight of our products, returns by post are not possible. Customers can return items to our designated return location or arrange a collection with us if applicable. Return costs may apply depending on the circumstances.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Orders can be cancelled at no extra cost if they have not yet been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process applies.
Custom orders are made according to the customer’s specifications and cannot be cancelled or returned once payment has been made. If modifications are requested after confirmation, additional charges may apply.
