Excellent Log Store
This is the second log store I’ve bought. They are competitively priced, sturdy and well built. I imagine they will last a long time. An added bonus was that the log store was assembled for me on delivery. Thank you!
Brilliant
Really great logstore, it’s so hard to tell the quality when purchasing online but this is something that will last for many years.
The delivery team were lovely. I live in a very awkward location and often have to deal with grumpy delivery drivers (it’s narrow and steep) but not on this occasion, they were so helpful and polite.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company, they are brilliant.
Solid Log Store . Excellent product.
A good solid log store which was installed on site 2 weeks after I placed the order. Excellent service. The driver arrived with a tool box ready to build the log store. The log store is heavy, solid and very useful. Recommend this product.
5ft X 5ft log store
This log store is very good quality and is solidly made. The ordering process was straightforward, although I made an error with ordering a 5ft tall log store instead of a 6ft tall one. My mistake though.
My only two concerns is that, as excellent as the email communication was, I was not expecting a response outside of their business hours, so when my emails were responded to, it did make me wonder what was going on.
Also, once I had submitted my order the email came back saying ‘unverified email address’. Together, both these things made me somewhat suspicious about this website. However, everything went according to plan and the log store did turn up on the correct date (albeit an hour and a half late) but I was informed of the time delay after I messaged the company.
The log store was assembled in a matter of minutes. From arrival to leaving it took about 15 minutes.
We are delighted with our purchase and would not hesitate using this company again in the future

Just to clarify the points you mentioned: I run the business on my own, so I sometimes reply to emails outside normal business hours as I try to respond whenever I can between building, deliveries and installations.
If an incorrect size is ordered by mistake, it’s usually not a problem – customers can simply contact us and we’re always happy to help correct the order before production.
Thank you as well for mentioning the “unverified email address” message. I appreciate you letting me know about this and I will check my system and correct this issue.

Log store purchase
I bought a 5’ X4’ log store online. It was competitively priced, excellent quality and the guy who delivered it was friendly and did an exceptional job putting it together in no time at all. He even swept up after himself. Very Happy punter.
Service above and beyond!
This was the deepest log store I could find, most others are only 2/3 as deep, and it is a great size (7′ x 9′) for a house that relies completely on wood-burning stoves for heat. I live slightly outside of the usual delivery area but a phone call and a couple of texts got my order accepted. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be and I was amazed that they erected it for me on site, which meant they even had to move the coal bunker and some other items. It was all done with no fuss and the result is a sturdy log store suitable for my needs. Very many thanks and I would not hesitate to recommend.
4ft Compact Log Store
Lovely log store, I spent quite awhile trying to find a log store for a small space and luckily came across this one which is perfect, an added bonus which I wasn’t expecting was it being assembled for me in the allotted space, I would strongly recommend.
