Ordered the compact 4 foot compact log store which duly arrived just within 14 days. Very sturdy with the top shelf added for small logs or kindling as you wish. Asked for the forward sloping roof which gives a very pleasing look to the finished item. Holds a good number of logs, appropriate for my small log burner. The wood is pressure treated and should be as water resistant as a fence, most of which are treated this way, although I will probably put something on the roof every year or two as this will take the main bulk of impact from the rain. No charge for delivery or putting it together upon arrival which only took 15 mins. Although it says it’s light green, it hasn’t been painted or anything, it’s just the hue of the treated wood in certain lights. I’m very pleased with this purchase and heartily recommend.

This is the second log store I’ve bought. They are competitively priced, sturdy and well built. I imagine they will last a long time. An added bonus was that the log store was assembled for me on delivery. Thank you!

Really great logstore, it’s so hard to tell the quality when purchasing online but this is something that will last for many years.

The delivery team were lovely. I live in a very awkward location and often have to deal with grumpy delivery drivers (it’s narrow and steep) but not on this occasion, they were so helpful and polite.

A good solid log store which was installed on site 2 weeks after I placed the order. Excellent service. The driver arrived with a tool box ready to build the log store. The log store is heavy, solid and very useful. Recommend this product.

This log store is very good quality and is solidly made. The ordering process was straightforward, although I made an error with ordering a 5ft tall log store instead of a 6ft tall one. My mistake though.

My only two concerns is that, as excellent as the email communication was, I was not expecting a response outside of their business hours, so when my emails were responded to, it did make me wonder what was going on.

Also, once I had submitted my order the email came back saying ‘unverified email address’. Together, both these things made me somewhat suspicious about this website. However, everything went according to plan and the log store did turn up on the correct date (albeit an hour and a half late) but I was informed of the time delay after I messaged the company.

The log store was assembled in a matter of minutes. From arrival to leaving it took about 15 minutes.

Very well made and a well thought out design. Made and delivered very quickly. We were impressed that it was assembled on delivery. Great quality and a reasonable price considering the sturdy build and assembly included. Very pleased.
