Delivery areas and exclusions

We currently deliver to the postcodes listed below. In most cases, delivery is within 7–14 working days.

Delivery charges vary by area and distance. Please check the regional zones below.

We do not deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or offshore islands. In addition, some remote areas may not be available due to access limitations.

For larger orders over £600, we may be able to arrange delivery outside our regular zones (within 250 miles of Peterborough). If this applies to you, please contact us to check availability. Delivery charges for these areas are calculated individually.
Please note: delivery to extended areas may take up to 2–3 weeks.

How products are delivered

Most of our products are delivered in sections / flat-packed. This ensures safe transport and easier access to your property. As a result, items are supplied for self-assembly.

However, some items — such as selected picnic tables — can be delivered fully assembled (where access allows). If you’d like an assembled delivery option, please contact us before ordering.
