Before You Begin
Please ensure that your product is installed on a firm, stable and level base. Suitable surfaces include:
- Paving slabs
- Concrete
- A properly prepared and compacted gravel or hardcore base
We do not recommend installing wooden products directly onto soil, grass or uneven ground. An unsuitable base may cause the product to settle unevenly and increase contact with moisture, potentially reducing the lifespan of the timber.
Before starting assembly, check that you have all supplied sections, fixings and the necessary tools. We recommend having two people available when lifting and positioning larger panels or roof sections.
